Join District Connections for lunch and a trip to the GW Museum and Textile Museum where we will view the famous Norman Rockwell Four Freedoms exhibit and hear a lecture on spies in Washington, D.C.  In this talk, Vince Houghton, curator at the International Spy Museum, will discuss the presence and actions of spies in Washington, D.C., during World War II. Organized in cooperation with the Albert H. Small Center for National Capital Area Studies.
